The space:

This is a cosy and modern two bedroom apartment in the heart of the Jewellery Quarter. It’s ideal for tourists, working professionals or anyone looking for a comfortable home in one of Birmingham’s most well known areas.

The apartment has two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed along with a clothes hanger, iron, ironing board and a hair dryer. The second bedroom has a single bed and offers a warm and relaxing space.

The living room includes a comfortable sofa that turns into a sofa bed, a smart TV with Netflix already set up, fast WiFi and a coffee table.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, cutlery, cups, wine glasses and everything you need for cooking. There is also an island with two chairs which is perfect for quick meals or working.

The bathroom has a modern shower, fresh towels and all the essentials you need.

Amenities include WiFi, heating, a smart TV, a washer and paid parking available nearby.

The apartment is suitable for any type of stay whether short, mid or long term. It is set up to feel homely and comfortable for all guests.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire apartment during their stay. This includes both bedrooms, the living room, the kitchen, the bathroom and all amenities inside the space. Nothing is shared. The apartment is completely private from the moment you check in until you leave.

You can also use the kitchen and all appliances freely, including the oven, microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer. WiFi, the smart TV and the sofa bed are all available for your use as well.

Other things to note
Please note that the apartment is on the first floor with approximately 12 stairs to reach it. Paid parking is available nearby, and guests are responsible for any parking fees. The apartment is suitable for short, mid, and long-term stays, and we ask that guests treat the space with care as if it were their own home.

Check-in and check-out times will be shared before your stay, and the apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable visit. Smoking is not allowed inside, and pets are not permitted.
